  Came in for the first time today and it will be the last. A wet cut took 15 minutes from sitting in the chair and having my hair washed to walking back to my car. Bear in mind if you ask for a wet cut, you'll walk out looking like you've just came out the shower.
  
  Half my hair is wonky, it wasn't even checked. Some looks like it hasn't been cut & the customer service was appalling.
  
  I'm now returning to my old hairdressers 350 miles away for it to be rescued.
