  Very dissatisfied! Bought glitter emulsion paint and was not the result expected despite following the instructions. The paint looks grey, speckled and blotchy and not a glimmer of sparkle even with a light source.
  The customer service I received when contacted company about issue was non existent. Emailed several times asking for advice on how to resolve it and had no response. Then had to phone where I was advised to send back what little amount was left, that luckily hadn't been discarded. I did as requested but unfortunately the parcel never got to them. They now deny all responsibility and state nothing they can do.
  I have sent pictures showing the paint isn't as it's states it should be.
  I have noticed the emulsion paint is no longer available in website which does make you question why and I would have no connfidence with any of their products after this experience.
