  the nurses who go into peoples are excellent and i can not praise them enough But the management is a total shambles. The manager not been straight with people when, the service is withdrawn, when a patient is getting worse, after a relationship has been built, carers,been made to feel guilty, for asking for the service to be continued, just because the patient lives longer then expected. IF THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE THE CONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE WHY PUBLICISE IT. IT IS NOT ONLY NOT FAIR ON THE PATIENT/CARER BUT NEITHER IS IT FAIR TO THE DEDICATED NURSES WHO GO INTO HELP PATIENTS
