  Test drove and paid for my car (almost 13k) on the 19th August ready for collection on the 26th. Collected and no spare key which I was told they were looking for. Received a callback on the 27th that they still didn't know where it was and would ring me on the 29th when they checked with servicing to update me. No callback received. I called to chase it up on the 5th. No one knew where the key was would check servicing and ring me back later that day. No callback. I called again today after work at 5pm and was told that the person I needed to speak to was busy and would ring me straight back when they were free. Guess what no call back and still no spare key! Considering I spent just under 13k on my car I'd have expected considerably better service than I've currently received. I eagerly await a callback and maybe my spare key too!
